This form a major part of our business. We will target suitably qualified candidates that are either active or “passive” job seekers, locally or overseas. We only collect a fee once the candidate has accepted the offer and commenced work.
In cases where our Client’s hiring is more complex as in a replacement or a new hire at a senior level or in a very specialized field we would recommend that our Client takes on a retained search assignment with us. This will ensure a higher level of confidentiality and more importantly this will give our Client a a very good coverage of potential candidates including those “passive” job seekers and otherwise “happy” professionals who need the extra nudge to consider a career move
IT Works can undertake advertised search on behalf of Client through various media as advised by Client. We can provide screening and shortlisting services of resumes received. If anonymity is required, the advertisement will be placed under the banner of IT Works.
